Third Annual Latin Jazz Festival

Please join us for an evening of hot sounds in the bucolic setting of the Humboldt Park Boathouse.

Kicking off the evening will be Paulinho Garcia, one of Chicago’s musical treasures, bringing the joyous sound of his home country of Brazil to the Windy City.

The second act of the evenign will be John Rodriguez and Latin Inspiracion, considered some of Chicago's finest in Cuban Jazz and Latin Jazz.

Closing out the night will be the The Chicago Afro-Latin Jazz Ensemble, a band that is quickly becoming one of the most talked about bands in Chicago. Emerging under the leadership of trumpeter Victor Garcia and pianist Darwin Noguera, the band features some of the top talent in Chicago, including trumpeter Tito Carrillo, alto saxophonist Greg Ward, baritone saxophonist Steve Eisen, bassist Joshua Ramos, drummer Ernie Adams, amongst many others.
