Auditions for this year's Kiewitt-Wang Mentorship Award will be held on Friday, June 19, 2009 at Columbia College of Chicago/1014 S. Michigan Avenue from 12 noon - 6:00 p.m.
The Kiewitt-Wang Mentorship Award is given to three high school students at the freshman, sophomore or junior level that show excellence in musicianship as jazz instrumentalists.
The award provided 20 Free lessons with a local jazz musician of the student's choice. Students recommended by their instructor are invited to audition.
